Return & Exchange Policy

At Adamas, we strive for excellence in every piece of jewelry we create. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to providing quality products and services. Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and exchanges.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that are defective or damaged during manufacturing or shipping.

  • Custom-designed products, personalized jewelry, and made-to-order pieces are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Claims for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.


2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our team at info@adamasmfg.com or your dedicated account representative.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.


3. Return Shipping

  • Returned items must be sent in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

  • Shipping costs for returns are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for the same product (if defective) will be processed once the original item is received and inspected.

  • Customizations or personalized designs cannot be exchanged for a different design.

  • Additional costs may apply if the exchange involves a different product value.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for products deemed defective or damaged during production or shipping.

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive the returned item.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue.

  • Adamas will review the case and, if approved, arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund.


7. Important Notes

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for worn jewelry.

  • Adamas reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if the above conditions are not met.

  • Our policies are designed to protect both the quality of our products and the integrity of our custom services.
